Terms of Service
General
- The estimated time of delivery is 1 weeks to 2 months after I send you the final sketch depending on the complexity.
- If however I could not deliver the final product in 3 months, 80% refund will be sent.
- Female characters are prefered, I can draw male too but the result will be not as good as female.
- Only 1 character.
- Strictly No Ecchi and or NSFW.
- No humongous oppai and or thicc thighs.
- Not accepting Chibi, Mecha, Furry, Old Character, Weird Fetishes, Controversial Topic, and Realistic Style.
Payment
- Only pay when I accept your commission.
- Additional payment for faster commissioning.
- Upfront payment:
- First, 50% of the total price after I send you the sketch.
- Second, 50% of the total price after I send you the final product.
- I may refuse or cancel your commission with the refund as long as the commission is not finished.
Final Artwork
- Final artworks will be sent before you send the full payment.
- Final artworks will be sent in the form of PNG at a full resolution.
- Final artworks will be sent via Google Drive links.
- Final artworks will be uploaded to my social media at 30% resolution with the addition of watermarks.
Copyright
- Both the artist (me) and the client (you) should retain the Copyrights.
- You are free to redistribute the artworks.
- Unless you choose the "Commercial" category, DO NOT sell or make any profit from the artworks.
